Founded in 2024, Greenspace brings over 40 years of combined experience in the outdoor living industry. Born out of a cooperative of talented minority contractors, our team has worked with some of the best companies in Charleston, gaining invaluable expertise in land development while partnering with two of America’s top 10 developers.
As a veteran-owned business rooted in Charleston, we created Greenspace with a vision: to offer top-tier landscape construction at competitive rates, paired with service that feels like family. We’re not just another contractor; we are your partners in crafting the outdoor spaces of your dreams.
